RETURN POLICY
Can I cancel/return my order?
Yes! You have the right to cancel your order or return the goods within 14 days of acquiring. If the 14 days are expired, you can still ask us to return your order but there must be a good reason, like a production fault. Wear that exist over time is not included in this.
The process of returning an item must be done by the form below. If it's possible please give us a precise explanation why the goods were no good for you.
Is returning free?
Unfortunately no. If you want to return an item, the cost for returning will be for the customer. Almost every item that leaves our stock is checked by us. The change of getting an item with a fabrication fault will be minimum.
Process of returning?
First you need to fill in the form below. After that you have to pack the items in a solid bag or box and bring it to the delivery point. The moment we get the items back, we'll get in touch with the customer. There will be expertise of the returned items. If there are any signs of wear, these costs will be discussed with the customer and in worst case be reduced from the recovered amount. The end saldo will be transferred to the customer.
